Originally from Massachusetts, Andy DJamoos has accumulated over 22 years in real estate and a remarkable 40 years in sales and marketing. Andy started at MCI Communications and then significantly contributed to Zoll Medical as a regional manager, overseeing cardiac resuscitation device sales throughout the Southeast USA.
In 2002, Andy transitioned to Naples, Florida, where he led sales, marketing, and development at JED of Southwest Florida, Inc., a prestigious family real estate development firm. Under his stewardship, the company saw the establishment of over 3 million square feet of properties, with transactions surpassing $400 million. His vast sales experience solidifies his expertise in negotiation, communication and customer service.
Since 2009, Andy's sole focus has been on residential real estate, with a keen specialty in Naples and has transacted in Marco Island, Bonita Springs and Estero. He provides a distinctive skill set and perspective, thanks to his extensive background in sales and marketing.
Among his accolades, Andy is a graduate of Leadership Collier (2004) and Leadership Bonita Springs (2006). He's contributed significantly to the Collier County Economic Development Council and served as the vice chairman of the Real Estate Working Group in 2007. Licensed in Florida, he holds notable designations such as Seller Representative Specialist, Master Certified Negotiation Expert, and Broker Price Opinion Resource.
Outside of professional pursuits, Andy is an avid ice hockey enthusiast, playing actively at Hertz Arena and having coached the Florida Jr. Everblades for ten years. Off the ice, he enjoys golf, tennis, fitness, jet skiing, beach outings and snow skiing. He is also a dedicated supporter of Collier/Lee Honor Flights, Club 100, ALS Association's Florida Chapter, The David Lawrence Center for Mental Health, and the Special Olympics of Collier County, showcasing his deep commitment to his community.
